Accounts and access

Use accurate account information and protect your account and sign-in links. Do not use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share or resell account access.

You must be at least 13 to use Lymitless Studio. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms and permit your use.

Available sign-in methods depend on the service configuration. Google, ChatGPT, and other third-party providers apply their own terms to their services. Signing in does not grant ownership of Lymitless Studio or access to another customer’s work.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your original uploads and creative work. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including photos, PDFs, fonts, stickers, and other artwork. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed from people depicted in your uploads.

You give us permission to store, process, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate the features you use, maintain the service, and respond to your support requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize us to sell it.

You may use your own finished work for personal or commercial purposes when you have the necessary rights to all material it includes. Using the editor does not grant additional rights to third-party material.

The app, branding, and included assets

Lymitless Studio’s software, interface, branding, logos, and included artwork remain the property of No Lymit Kraft’n or their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app for its intended planning and creative functions, subject to these terms and any applicable purchase terms.

You may customize your own GlamPads using the tools provided. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the app, its source code, branding, or included sticker and template files as your own product. Any separate license supplied with a specific asset controls its permitted uses. Commercial redistribution of included artwork requires permission or a license that expressly allows it.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not harass others, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or distribute malicious files.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ content, bypass access controls, extract credentials, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use automated activity to disrupt the app or overload its storage and infrastructure.

We may restrict activity or content reasonably believed to violate these terms, threaten security, or create legal risk.

Purchases and payment terms

If you purchase access or digital products through Beacons or another checkout provider, the price, payment structure, included items, access duration, and any refund conditions presented before purchase apply to that purchase, subject to applicable consumer rights. A one-time payment is not a recurring subscription unless you separately agree to one.

Checkout and payment processing are handled by the applicable provider. Creating an account does not itself authorize a payment. These terms do not add a new subscription, change an existing purchase, or promise permanent availability of the service. For purchase questions, contact us with your order details; do not send payment-card numbers.

Saving, uploads, and exports

Features and file limits can vary by device and supported file type. Internet access and available storage affect uploads and saving. Wait for saving to complete before closing the app, and keep copies or available exports of important work. Uploaded image quality depends on the source file; resizing or enlarging a file cannot guarantee that missing detail will be restored.

Removing an item from a collection does not necessarily erase every associated stored upload. Account and stored-file deletion requests are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Calendar subscriptions and external services

Calendar subscriptions are optional. Your calendar provider controls refresh timing and notifications; updates may not appear immediately. Keep the private feed URL secure because anyone with it can read the subscribed event details. You can disable the feed in the app and remove it from your calendar provider.

Lymitless Studio is not an emergency reminder service. Do not rely on it as the only reminder for medical, safety, legal, or other critical deadlines. External services and links operate under their own terms and availability.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable creative workspace, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or stylus, error-free results, or that every feature will always remain available. Maintenance, provider outages, and technical issues may interrupt access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties beyond those expressly offered or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which liability cannot be limited.

Ending use or restricting access

You may stop using the app at any time. To request account deletion, email nolymitkraftn@gmail.com from your account email. We may verify ownership before acting.

We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation, protect the service or its users, or comply with law. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to address the issue. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable purchase commitments remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as features or circumstances change. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or an available contact method before the change takes effect, except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons. Changes do not override rights you already have under applicable law.
